Job Title: Managing Director (on Contractual basis)
Qualification required: CA / CS / CMA / MBA / Law Graduate from a reputed institute.
(Preference will be given to Company Secretaries and Insolvency Professionals).
Experience: 20 years’ experience in Insolvency, Banking, Finance, Corporate Laws, Insurance, Corporate Governance, or Securities Laws (preferably with a regulatory/self-regulatory body or reputed organization), including at least 5 years in a CEO, next-to-CEO, or Senior Management position.
Job Profile: Function as the Executive Head of ICSI IIP; oversee regulatory, monitoring, and disciplinary functions under IBC 2016; drive professional development and training initiatives; liaison with IBBI and other regulatory bodies; and lead strategic and operational management.
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Remuneration: Consolidated pay of ₹24 Lakhs to ₹30 Lakhs per annum (approx.)
