Qualification required: Person of ability, integrity and standing, having shown capacity in dealing with insolvency or bankruptcy matters, with special knowledge and experience in Law, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or Administration
Experience: Experience in dealing with problems relating to insolvency or bankruptcy, along with special knowledge and experience in the specified fields (Law, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or Administration).
Remuneration:
Option to receive either:
• Pay admissible to a Secretary to the Government of India; or
• Consolidated salary of ₹5,62,500 per month.
